Today is my paternal grandmother's birthday. She's been gone a long time, but I still miss and love her very much, as I do all my grandparents. Grandparents are special people. Happy birthday Granny P!

J (hubby) got home Friday evening and he's just cooked me a tasty breakfast (well actually it's noon, so I guess you could call it brunch) while I painted a new quirky sketch. Wasn't that sweet? We're just spending the weekend taking it easy. The chaos will start soon enough. :)
