Rosalie, the Pink Elephant

Jim said that I should paint this little elephant's toenails red so that she could hide in the strawberry patch. Remember that joke? Why did the elephant paint his toenails red? So he could hide in the strawberry patch. :) (Painted in my Handbook sketchbook in wc/pencils.)

    Sharon, your blog is such a joy and your paintings are GORGEOUS. Not many people could draw an elephant, even fewer could give it colour, personality and pizzazz. Yours Rosalie has given me the biggest smile today and I think she is beautiful. Take a bow!!
